The countdown to 'Rock The Manor' is on! Whether you’re attending for the day or locked-in for the whole weekend, we've put together the ultimate guide so you can dance the night away in total comfort!

Tickets

• Share the love: If you are the designated ticket holder for your group, make sure all of your party have their tickets (QR codes) before you arrive.

Sun protection

• Get ready for a scorcher: Don't forget the ultimate sun survival trio: sunnies, hats and plenty of suncream.

Handheld fan

• Keeping it cool: Pack a trusty portable fan to beat the heat. If you need to pick up a reliable one before the weekend, we highly recommend this one 😉

Reusable water bottle

• Stay hydrated: Refill your bottles at the designated water machine inside the Manor or ask a member our bar team. Bringing your pup? We’ve got a dedicated tap near the River Room for water, with spare pup bowls too!

Chairs & blankets

• Snag your spot: Set up basecamp with your crew, with camping chairs and blankets.

• Our chef will be serving up fresh eats all weekend. There will be plenty of food and drink on offer, however you’re welcome to bring your own picnic.

• Please be respectful of others and dispose of your rubbish in our dedicated bins.

Cameras & phones

• Capture the magic: We want to see 'Rock The Manor' through your eyes. Snap away, soak up the fun, and be sure to tag us @theodneyclub in your favourite moments!

• Don't get lost in the crowd: New to Odney? We want you to feel right at home. Download our handy festival map so you can easily find your bearings and discover all the best spots before the music starts.

Bring the festival glamour!

• We love seeing your festival style: Bring out the bold prints, the bright colours, and your ultimate summer looks! Stop by our charity stall on the day for accessories like flower crowns and bracelets. Every penny raised goes to our chosen charity, The Elizabeth House in Cookham.

What not to bring:

Cash

We are a 100% cashless site. Have your physical cards or digital wallets ready to tap, and don't forget your Odney Membership / Partner card.

Marquees & tents

To ensure everyone has plenty of space and a great view of the stage, please leave large shade structures and gazebos at home. You'll find plenty of natural shade and designated resting areas around the grounds to help you stay cool.

(Please note: Pre-bookable gazebos are now completely sold out).

Glass

For the safety of all our guests (and furry friends), no glass containers or drinking glasses are allowed on site. Please pack your picnic using only plastic or reusable containers and cups.
