This event is open to Partners, Odney Club Members, and their guests. Partners and Odney Club members must attend with their guests and will be held accountable for their guests' behaviour.
Your Eventbrite ticket along with your Partner discount card and/or Odney membership card is required to receive your wristband. No entry or re-entry will be granted without these requirements, and everyone must have a visible wristband at all times.
Top tip: Add your ticket to your phone wallet to make your arrival extra smooth
Yes, adult and child tickets will be available to purchase at the ticket booth via card payments only. Please be aware that you will pay more on the day than if you pre-booked. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Yes but, If you are the designated 'keeper of tickets', then your guests must wait for you to arrive to be scanned in. We strongly recommend sending your friends their individual digital tickets in advance to avoid waiting. For family tickets, you only have one QR code so please arrive together to make your entry extra smooth.
Yes. Parking (including an overflow area) is available at The Odney Club as soon as you arrive. Please be mindful when driving through Cookham village and respect our neighbours when arriving and departing.
There is a 3-night minimum stay. You can book via our online booking system or through PartnerChoice, but you must email our reservations team with your Eventbrite confirmation number within 24 hours of booking.
Children under 12 require a child ticket, while those over 12 require an adult ticket. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
We are a pet-friendly event, but dogs must be kept on a lead.
Yes, please use only our designated smoking areas, marked on the event map. Smoking and vaping is not permitted on the Manor Lawn.
Toilets are located inside The Manor and the SBMC, with additional trailer toilets on the grounds. Parking is available on-site (please car-share if possible), including limited Blue Badge parking. Please note that a one-way system will be operating in the car park: all vehicles must enter via the main Odney gate and exit via Mill Lane. Taxis should also follow this route, dropping passengers off at the designated taxi zone before exiting through the Mill Lane gate.
Yes, you are welcome to bring a picnic, alcohol, and chairs! However, glassware (bottles, glasses, jars, etc.) is not permitted on site for safety reasons.
No, personal gazebos, pop-up tents, or marquees are not permitted. We have a limited number of gazebos available to book, these are randomly allocated.
No, the swimming pool, boats, and tennis courts will be closed for the duration of the event.
Yes, food is available (including pre-purchasable meal bundles!) Hot drinks are served at the 'Odsta coffee' stall inside the Manor, and cold drinks are available at our outdoor stations.
No, we are a card only facility.
First, please check your spam or junk folder just in case it landed there. If you still can't find it, don't worry! We can look you up on the day and check you in.

Here are the best ways to get here:
Car: Take the M4 (Junction 8/9) or M40 (Junction 4) to the A404 (M), then follow the local signs to Cookham. Ample free parking is available on-site.
Bus: Take Route 37, which runs regularly between Maidenhead and High Wycombe.
Disembark at the Cookham Village Memorial stop, which is a very short walk from our main entrance.
Train: Cookham Station: Closest station (15-minute walk). Or Maidenhead Station: Best for mainline and Elizabeth Line connections (London/Reading). Connect via a short train to Cookham or a 20-minute taxi.
Taxi: If you are traveling with heavy luggage, grabbing a taxi from the rank at Maidenhead Station is the easiest and most convenient option (typically under a 20-minute drive).

If a Partner or Member leaves the business (unless for retirement or redundancy) before the event takes place, they are no longer entitled to use the tickets. Please contact odney.events@johnlewis.co.uk to arrange a refund and void the tickets.
