What Inspired the New Menu?

One of the major movements we’re incredibly proud to support is regenerative farming (as fans of Clarkson’s Farm will know!). As part of this, we've transitioned to using wild-farmed flour for all our burger buns, bread rolls, and scones. We’ve also worked closely with our suppliers to champion local produce, ensuring the vast majority of our ingredients come straight from British farms.

Keeping an eye on the culinary landscape is a real passion of mine. Following a recent food trends seminar at our Bracknell head office, I'm confident this new menu reflects what's current. Ultimately, though, it’s the feedback from our guests that has truly shaped these dishes. We hope there’s something here for everyone to enjoy.

When you sit down to try the new menu, you can look forward to dishes crafted in-house that offer fantastic value. Must-Try Dishes

For a guest exploring the menu for the first time, my top pick would be the buttermilk chicken burger. It’s juicy, flavourful, and simply irresistible. However, you can never go wrong with the gammon steak, which is a hearty option that satisfies.

If you’re with a few friends and just want to nibble, then the camembert, squid, and mezze platter go down a treat! These shareable plates encourage conversation and create a communal dining experience.
