Terms & Conditions, Partnership Hotels - Afternoon Tea

Partnership hotels is delighted to offer its facilities to our valued Partners, Members, and their guests. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines when making a reservation:

• This gift voucher can only be redeemed at venue the voucher was purchased from.

• Valid for 12 months from the day of purchase. It is not possible to extend the gift voucher beyond the stated validity period.

• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or any other meal.

• All extras will be charged at full price.

• Gift vouchers are not for resale.

• Eligibility (For Odney Club, Leckford & Brownsea): Reservations are strictly for Partners, Members, and their guests. If you are not accompanied by a Partner or Member, we regret that your reservation cannot be honoured. Vouchers are not transferable between sites and Bala is not restricted to membership rules.

• Identification: Upon arrival, please be prepared to present a valid Partner card or membership card to verify your status.

• Odney, Brownsea & Leckford Guest Policy (Excludes Bala and Ambleside): Members are welcome to bring guests, but must accompany them during their visit to the club. This ensures that all visitors adhere to venue standards and policies.

• We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the exclusivity and integrity of The Partnership hotels. If you have any questions regarding our terms and conditions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

• We kindly ask that if you need to make any amendments to your reservation that you do so as soon as possible. You can contact our restaurant reservations team on the information provided on your voucher / email confirmation and they will be happy to help. Please make us aware of any special requirements you may have along with any allergies or dietary requirements in your party and we will be happy to accommodate them. 

• We ask for 24 hours notice of a cancellation or reduction in numbers and reservations that fail to give this notice will automatically incur a £20pp fee. We politely ask you to contact us if you are running late as we can hold tables for 15 minutes and will release it if we have not been contacted.
